International Admissions

The University of Nebraska system requires F-1 visa holders to have insurance to cover the cost of medical treatment. Unless you provide the International Student Services office (ISS) with a copy of your policy, in English and dollar amounts, explaining your existing coverage, you will automatically be enrolled for health insurance and your charge will be reflected on your billing statement.
