Notification of Arrival Form - University of Nebraska at Kearney

Deadline to Request Pickup at Airport: Sunday, August 4, 2013. If you do not submit your arrival information, you will need to make your own arrangements regarding your arrival to our campus.
New international students are allowed to move into their room on Monday, August 19, 2013, if a signed housing contract and arrival details have been received by the Office of Residential and Greek Life.

International Education will arrange for a van service (Navigator Express) to bring the students to the UNK campus at the students expense.
If you arrive in Omaha after 5:00 pm on Tuesday, Friday, Sunday or after 2:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday - hotel reservations * will be made for you. Pick up will be scheduled at the airport or Holiday Inn on 72nd and Grover.
If you arrive in Lincoln after 6:00 pm on Tuesday, Friday, Sunday, or 3:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday - hotel reservations *will be made for you. Pick up will be scheduled at the airport or Ramada Inn on Exit 399.

Credit Card Number, Type (Visa, AmEx, Mastercard, etc), and expiration date.
We also need your room preferences: Single/Double, Smoking/Non-Smoking
