KASE Office staff also coordinates seminars for graduating seniors during their student teaching semester to assist students in applying for the Nebraska teaching certificate. Assistance is available for individuals who are interested in out-of-state certification, as well as for teaching certificate renewals.
Members of the KASE staff include: Mary Losey, director and Certification officer; Barb Flaherty, director of Field Experiences; Nikki Kriz, clerical assistant for Certification; and Suzanne Exstrom and Elizabeth Steele, who share the position of secretary for Field Experiences and Certification.
On behalf of Staff Senate and the wider UNK community, we congratulate the KASE Office for being recognized as the Department of the Month for January 2004.
