Congratulations to Brenda Paul, Administrator in the UNK Testing Center for being for being named UNK's April Employee of the Month.
Brenda has been working in the testing center since December 2000. The Testing Center is located in the College of Education building. It services the entire UNK campus.
Brenda greets students wanting to register for testing. The tests that can be scheduled through the UNK Testing Center include: PRAXIS, ACT-Residual, TOEFL, GRE, CLEP, and NBPTS. Brenda schedules and monitors tests taken in the center. This takes a very dedicated person as the tests have to be closely monitored. She is a very dependable, considerate and trustworthy person. She does the work of a full-time employee at half-time.
Besides her testing duties, Brenda performs the following duties:
- helps COE director of technology with budgeting and purchasing
- helps students in labs with questions
- reserves the lab time
- checks out computer equipment that faculty and staff need to use
Brenda is truly deserving of this honor. She is a tremendous asset to the entire campus community! Congratulations Brenda!
