The UNK Staff Senate Employee Recognition Committee announces Tami Streeter as the UNK Employee of the Month for September 2001.
Tami Streeter has been an employee of UNK since October of 1995 and is currently assigned to the Memorial Student Life Building. She is very diligent about her duties, and it is evident, as the building looks neat and clean every day. She takes her responsibilities as a Custodial Leader seriously and is a good model for others.
Tami makes sure provisions are available to the people in her building even when she is not around to monitor them. She makes herself "available" to building personnel for their needs and concerns and is quick to take care of requests in a cheerful manner. She has a great sense of humor along with a constant smile.
"It is a pleasure to have Tami in our building - not only for the great work she does at maintaining the building to UNK standards, but also because of her pleasant attitude in doing so."
Tami enjoys her interactions with staff and students.
