Students that are enrolled
in a graduate program at any University of Nebraska institution may wish to
take classes from a sister institution, yet maintain enrolled at their original
campus. Students are able to do this by be completing the Intercampus Enrollment Application.
The form is ONLY valid for
ONE semester or term of enrollment. To take additional classes at a visiting
campus, follow the steps below for EACH semester or term.
Intercampus Enrollment Request
o Students submit this form to verify that they are
eligible to continue their program of study at their home campus.
o Students must meet all course prerequisites of the
o Students also need to make sure that the classes they are
planning to take at the visiting campus have been FULLY approved to fulfill
requirements of their program of study at their home campus.
o The home campus, which the student is seeking their
degree through, will review the request.
Review by Visiting
o The visiting campus, which the student will be enrolled
in for the term, will review the request.
o The student will be notified by email.
o Once a student is enrolled on more than one campus during
a given semester or term, he/she will pay the tuition and fees billed by each
individual campus on which the courses are being taken.
o Transcripts for intercampus students will automatically
be send to the home (Degree) campus at the end of the semester or term.
