Asset Records Manager. The Asset Records Manager is responsible for updating the accounting and financial records for acquisitions, trades, transfers, disposals and/or sales of University real and personal property. The Asset Records Manager is also available to assist in interpreting and applying policy as it relates to University property.
Asset Disposal Manager. The Asset Disposal Manager is responsible for maintaining physical custody of excess or surplus property (regardless of its value) and providing for its safekeeping until the time it is transferred or otherwise disposed. The Asset Disposal Manager maintains an up-to-date inventory of all property classified as excess or surplus, and is responsible for transferring or disposing of such property in accordance with the provisions of this policy. The Asset Disposal Manager is responsible for providing an assessment of the current value of property at the time it becomes classified as excess or surplus.
