University Telephone Directory. The University Telephone Directory is available on-line at http://www.unk.edu/directory/. The information for the individual employee listing is extracted from the Human Resources database. To update your Personal Directory Information, log on to Firefly at http://firefly.nebraska.edu.  Any changes in information to Work Address will need to be submitted to Human Resources on a PDF form. Contact your department secretary to complete this form. If you use a nickname instead of your legal name, there is a field for that, called "Known as Nickname". Also in the Work Address section, include your University e-mail address.

Wireless. The University has incorporated all cellular service on a corporate plan. The corporate plan offers a single monthly rate that includes a minimum number of minutes. The advantages to the corporate plan are a decrease in the monthly cost of wireless service, expanded features and a greater efficiency in billing.

If any department wants to obtain new wireless service or request changes to current equipment or service, Business Services should be contacted. Business Services will receive one monthly billing for the University and each cost object will be charged according to their monthly usage for their wireless phone. Business Services will send a monthly detailed billing usage report to the department to review.
