Gene Fendt

Biography

Gene Fendt is the Albertus Magnus Professor of Philosophy at UNK. His special areas of interest and research are Ancient Philosophy, Medieval Philosophy, Philosophy of Religion, Aesthetics, and Continental Philosophy. He has published extensively on the works of Plato, Aristotle, Augustine, Anselm, Kant, Kierkegaard, and Shakespeare. Dr. Fendt is also an award-winning poet and playwright.
