Copyright Law for Music Teachers

This page is devoted to supporting music teachers in their search for upholding and determining best-practices concerning Copyright Law and "fair use" practices. It is our hope at UNK's Department of Music, Theatre, and Dance to uphold the Copyright Law and help promote and teach appropriate practices to safe-guard against Copyright Infringement due to a lack of understanding or dated assumptions. This web page provides links that offer Q&A and other Copyright Law information especially valuable for Musicians and Music Educators. It also provides a link to the United States Copyright Office to facilitate further research on Copyrights and Copyright Law.
