Dissertation Title: Transforming Caterpillars into Butterflies: The Role of Managerial Values and HRM Systems in the Performance of Emergent Organizations.
My dissertation investigates the role that high performance work of young and emerging firms. Results indicate a positive main effect for partnership and high performance work systems on the sales growth of new ventures. Additional evidence suggests a positive interaction offect between entrepreneurial orientation and high performance work systems on sales growth.
