The coffee shop is located on the main floor of the library. The coffee shop houses food & beverage vending machines, a change machine, and a Card Stored Vending Terminal (CSVT) for purchasing vending cards or adding money to an existing UNK ID card or generic vending card. The food & beverage machines will accept change, bills or Loper Dollars through the card swipe. The change machine accepts $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills. A computer bar, comfortable seating for study or lounging, and a flat screen television with continuous Cable News Network (CNN) coverage are other coffee shop features. Network ports and power outlets are also available for laptops. The coffee shop is open all hours that the library is open. All food, except snacks, should remain in the coffee shop area. Covered drinks are allowed in the other areas of the library with the exception of the computer labs.
