Intramurals is one of the largest on-campus student
employers because we have flexible hours, work is fun, and there is a large
level of convenience associated with the jobs offered. We actively employ students in various
capacities throughout the year. For all
team officiated sports (flag football, basketball, volleyball, softball,
soccer, etc.) we employ officials and scorekeepers. No experience is necessary to apply because
we train all of our officials and scorekeepers on what to do. Pay starts at minimum wage for scorekeepers
and increases for the various positions.
We also employ Student Supervisors who are promoted from
the ranks of officials and scorekeepers.
They are responsible for event supervision.
Those interested in officiating must attend an Official’s
Round-Up which is held at the beginning of each semester.
Official’s Round-Up Dates:
Fall Semester: August 25th and 26th
at 7:00 p.m. in Cushing 120 (Must attend one)
Spring Semester: January 11th at 7:00 p.m. in Cushing
120
