Public Health Challenge:

Every time you are in your car and stopped at the street light, challenge yourself to (a) sit up straight and (b) contract your abdominal muscles. Remember to continue to breath during this exercise. If you can not contract your abdominal the entire length of time, take 5 second breaks between contractions.
