Weight Room Orientation

Do you want to start an exercise program but have questions like: What does it mean to do “Seated Row”?  Which machine will help me tone and strengthen my thighs?  How do I start the stair stepper?


Learn how to properly use cardio equipment and machine weights during a Wellness Center orientation. 

  • ​Orientations are FREE 
  • Lead by graduate & undergraduate students in the UNK Exercise Science program in cooperation with Campus Recreation & Intramurals
  • Orientations last one hour
