Advising appointments for the following term will begin about mid-semester. Please watch your email and the Health Science Weekly for specific dates and detailed instructions. Please be sure to make an appointment with your assigned advisor.
- All students are required to see their advisor every semester before they register for the next semester's classes.
- A 3-4 week period during October and March is set aside for pre-registration advising appointments to discuss your schedule for the following semester. Everyone must make an appointment during this time.
- A Sign up sheet will be posted outside the Health Programs Office for advising appointments during this time.
- It is your responsibility to schedule an appointment before your registration time. Sign up early and keep your appointment.
- Prepare your schedule and your overall plan before your appointment.
- Familiarize yourself with the pre-requisites for courses and the sequencing of courses when making your plan.
- Be aware that some courses are only offered periodically and plan accordingly (every other spring, fall only, etc.).
- Fill out the Advising Information Sheet and bring it to your appointment.
- Feel free to come with a list of questions.
