Student Research Day Application Form

(April 4, 2013)

Important Information:

1. Students may present their work either on a poster or as an oral presentation, or (for music) a performance.  Oral presentations will be scheduled every 15 minutes. Students are expected to present as assigned (a detailed schedule will be e-mailed to you at a later date).
2. The deadline for submission is February 21, 2013. If your abstract is received after this date, it may not be accepted.
3. The SRD schedule will be e-mailed to all participants at a later date.

Please complete the following steps:

1. Complete the entire form.
2. Print form.
3. Submit the form electronically.
4. Obtain the signature of the primary presenter and faculty advisor and submit the hard copy to the Office of Undergraduate Research & Creative Activity, 2111 Founders Hall by February 28, 2013.

The Office of Undergraduate Research & Creative Activity will hold Information Sessions about Student Research Day on February 7 and 8, 2013 from 11:30 -12:15 p.m. and 1:30 - 2:15 p.m. in Founders Hall 2147. Poster Preparation Workshops will be held to help students prepare posters for Student Research Day.
