The mission of the Interior Design Program at the University of Nebraska Kearney is to provide interior design students with progressive academic preparation for professional practice in interior design, with additional emphasis in residential kitchen and bath design, advancing technologies, experiential learning, and evidence based design. We provide a design education which produces baccalaureate level students who are concerned with, engaged in, and active contributors to the health, safety, and welfare of the interior design profession and society at large.
