Special Education endorsement with two years of experience as a Special Education Teacher. Endorsements in School Psychology and Speech Pathology are considered as Special Education endorsements and serving as a school psychologist and/or speech pathologist is considered to be teaching experience.
The Master of Arts in Education – Supervisor of Special Education is designed to provide the necessary background to serve as a Supervisor of Special Education. This program meets the requirements for Administrative and Supervisory Certification in Nebraska. Students pursuing certification in other states must check with their State Department of Education for certification.
