South Central NebraskaLearning to manage money, becausemoney doesn't come with instructions!
Modeled after a project of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago along with the members of their Money Smart Advisory Council, $martMoney Week emerged in February, 2005 with a 15-Member $martMoney Week Advisory Council.
Designed to help consumers of south central Nebraska become better decision makers concerning their finances, $martMoney Week is a week-long event designed to help consumers of south central Nebraska better manage their finances and become more informed on entrepreneurship and business ownership.
This event is offered to the communities of south central Nebraska through the combined efforts of the UNK Center for Economic Education and the $martMoney Week Advisory Council. This partnership combines resources and expertise of over 50 south central Nebraska community businesses and organizations to provide free, educational seminars and activities.
If you, or your organization, is interested in joining this Council, contact the UNK Center for Economic Education for more information.
