Military Science Minor
Unlike other universities, the Unversity of Nebraska at Kearney grants a Military Science Minor for the completion of 22 hours of study in the field of Military Science. This minor will appear on all transcripts from UNK. After you graduate, any school or employer that ever views your transcripts will know that you participated in the ROTC program and recieved a Commission in the U.S. Military.

- Take all of the following:
- MLSC 301, Leadership and Problem Solving - 3 hours
- MLSC 302, Leadership and Ethics - 3 hours
- MLSC 336, ROTC Internship - 6 hours
- MLSC 401, Developing Adaptive Leaders - 3 hours
- MLSC 402, Leadership in a Complex World - 3 hours
- HIST 315, American Military History - 3 hours
- PE 109, Activity Class (Military Fitness) - 1 hour
