Colleagues,
Over the summer the Graduate Deans at the four UN campuses have been planning a program for all Graduate Council members and Graduate Program Chairs. It will be an opportunity for all four campuses to participate in dialogue about the future of graduate education. We also wanted to include a social activity. It is scheduled for Friday, October 9 and will be held on the UNMC campus (specific location later). I am hopeful that you will consider attending. I believe it is important that UNK have a good number of representatives present, particularly since our graduate programs are thriving.
Please let our office know if you are interested in attending. We can probably work out some group transportation. I hope you will put the date on your calendar and make plans to attend.
