National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP): All school psychology students must take the NCSP examination and provide scores as a graduation requirement. These scores provide specific information related to the effectiveness of the program. The faculty evaluates the results of student outcomes.

Interpretation and Recommendations:
Of the seven students taking this exam, five passed (71%). The mean score for those passing is 704. The mean score for three not passing this exam is 620. Students are well prepared to complete this exam and earn national certification.
Additional focus is being placed on the competencies assessed by this exam. Two content area competency exams have been created and will become part of the curriculum assuring mastery prior to internship. Two additional content area exams are being created and will be piloted this academic year.

Interpretation and Recommendations:
While this exam is not required for graduation, students/graduates have the option to take it. 100% of those who took the exam, passed the exam. It is the decision of the faculty to continue to encourage students to take the exam.
