Graduate Assessment - Each student who applies to graduate is assessed by multiple evaluators related to departmental goals using the Global Rating Form.

These results were generated using the Global Rating Form. It has been determined that this rubric does not provide effective assessment data. The survey used has been revised and this procedure will be implemented using the revised survey.
