Communication Disorders Student Teaching Evaluation (Supervisor)

The Communication Disorders Program was intended to develop the following competencies/skills in our graduates. Please rate the knowledge or skill level of our recent graduate in each of the following objectives in order to evaluate the effectiveness of this program: (5) extremely competent, (4) very competent, (3) competent, (2) minimally competent, (1) not applicable.

1.

Conduct instruction and other professional activities consistent with the requirements of law, rules, and regulations, and local district policies and procedures.  5   4   3   2   1
