Student Assessment Committee Meeting
Meeting of April 1st, 2009
Present: Jessy Hansen, April Becker, Abigail Harris
Absent: Russell Crawford
Hansen called the meeting to order at 10:00 am in Founders Hall 2113.
Old Business:
- The committee discussed how to share the continued data analysis with staff. The committee decided to post results on the assessment website and to send an announcement to all faculty sharing that the results are available.
New Business:
- The committee and Dr. Butler discussed the duties of the SAC chair. Harris has been asked to take on the chair position for the 2009-2010 school year. Harris will let the committee know her decision at the next meeting.
- The committee discussed how to recruit members for next year. Hansen volunteered to create posters and hang them around campus.
- The committee discussed providing research ideas for next fall. Committee members are to bring their ideas to the next meeting.
The next meeting is set for Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009 in Founders Hall 2113.
