As Faculty of a First Year Program course, we would like an evaluation of your Student Peer Leader in the Fall 2005 FY program. We’re offering more or a less free form for your evaluation so that we can accommodate the diversity of content and teaching methodologies in all the FY courses.
Would you write a one-page narrative evaluating your Student Peer Leader? Please address the following Student Peer Leader responsibilities:
- Assistance in preparation and instruction of a FY course. What were the specific responsibilities of your SPL?
- Attendance in training sessions and regular meetings of the FY team throughout the semester.
- Contribution as a role model for FY students.
- Support and encouragement of student learning.
- Guidance to campus resources for FY students.
- Facilitator in non-academic FY activities.
