Using Assessment Data to Bring about Change
November 9th at 3:00 in NSU 312
Too frequently the collection and analysis of student outcomes data is assumed to be the main purpose of assessment efforts. However the most critical focus of assessment should be on how data can be used by departments, colleges, and the university to make informed decisions about changes in the curriculum, programs, and policies.
In this CTE event, representatives from each of the colleges and from the assessment office will discuss how they are using their assessment data to bring about change in departments and in the university.
