    The Assistant Director of the Office of Sponsored Programs provides assistance to faculty and professional staff seeking external funding.  The position is currently filled by Dianne Holcomb, who specializes in finding funding sources. Ms. Holcomb is responsible for the Community of Science search program on campus and also assists with the Summer Student Research Program. Grant funding at UNK increased substantially during the last three years.
