The Spatial Distribution of UNK Alumni (1930-2004)
The Department of Geography offers undergraduate degrees in Geography (Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science) and Geography/GIScience (Bachelor of Science). A teaching subject endorsement is also available in Geography for students seeking Education degrees. Students may also Minor in Geography or GIScience. The Department offers a variety of courses within the University's General Studies Program.
The department is housed in Copeland Hall, which includes laboratories for GIS, Remote Sensing, Cartography, and Physical Geography. The department has five full-time faculty members with diverse teaching and research interests.
