  1. Wednesday Evening Welcome BBQ and mixer-$15.00 ticket
    • Come and meet the speakers one on one in an informal setting. Traditional 'Beef Country' BBQ with your choice of brisket or chicken.
  2. Juice and Coffee Thursday, Friday and Saturday—complementary
    • Wide variety of juices and coffee, along with donuts, rolls, bagels, etc.
  3. Lunch Thursday and Friday--complimentary
  4. Mixer Thursday—cash bar and complimentary keg beer
  5. Banquet Thursday evening--$25.00 ticket—beef or chicken dish available
  6. Program and Abstracts Volume-- complimentary
