BSA, Black Student Association, is an African American organization at UNK that focuses on all the important aspects of the African American Culture. The events that BSA has put on include various speakers who have spoken about the African American culture.
BSA is also a part of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day planning committee, this committee puts on a program that focuses on the different aspects of Martin Luther King Jr.’s life and all the important equalities he wanted for all people. This group improves student’s knowledge of the African American culture and enlightens others about the African American culture. We are a new group and are actively seeking members, so please contact the Office of Multicultural Affairs if you are interested in participating.
