After nearly 30 years of utilizing Cushing Coliseum for indoor spectator sports, the Health and Sports Center was dedicated during the fall of 1990. With a construction budget of $10.8 million, this state-of-the-art facility includes offices, locker facilities, equipment rooms, an athletic weight area, athletic training facilities, as well as wrestling and martial arts rooms. Concession and rest room facilities service spectators utilizing the 6000-seat arena.
