Deactivate a lost or stolen card

To immediately deactivate a lost or stolen card you will need to login to your Loper Dollars online account. If you don't have an online Loper Dollars account click the link below to register.

A non-refundable $5 fee is charged to replace damaged, lost or stolen cards. The University is not responsible for the use of a lost or stolen card.

Lost Cards

Lost UNK ID Cards are sometimes turned in to the UNK ID Card office.  We will atempt to contact you via UNK email if your lost card is returned. You must show a valid driver's license, a government-issued I.D., a military I.D., or a passport in order to obtain your lost UNK Card. The document must contain a photograph. The name that appears on the document must match the name that is on your student record.

UNK ID Cards must be picked up by the student, staff or faculty member that the card is issued to.

If you have the linked UNK Card/Wells Fargo Bank Card you must also call Wells Fargo to deactivate the banking services.
